2. Delivery Time
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2-3 business days
- Other major cities: 3-4 business days
- Remote areas: 4-5 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Free shipping may be available on special promotions or orders above a certain amount.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
- You can track your order through the courier’s website or contact us for assistance.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Please ensure correct contact details at checkout.
- Customers must be available at delivery time and provide exact cash amount.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays
- If your order is delayed beyond estimated time, contact us for support.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
