Refund & Return Policy

At GrandAutos.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy carefully below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items can only be returned or exchanged if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, opened, or tampered products.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse.
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Refund / Replacement Process

Once your return request is received:

  • Our team will inspect the issue within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on product condition.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are not eligible for direct cash refunds. In case of valid issues, replacement will be provided instead of cash refund.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider first.
  • If still unresolved, contact our support team for assistance.
